Temporary Walkway
For train stations and temporary railway crossings we provide temporary footbridges to connect train platforms. Combined with our lifts you can maintain step-free access for all pedestrians with a temporary station footbridge or railway crossing. These footbridges are designed according to safety regulations for railway footbridges, are highly adaptable and are easy to assemble. This allows us to quickly draw and assemble a bespoke footbridge suitable for your project.
Modular walkways: safe and reliable access at any height
Our temporary walkways are built from Layher scaffolding with special parts to create a construction for public use. These special parts include tall double barred fences and non-slip surfaces. Due to the highly adjustable scaffolding systems by Layher, we can provide bespoke walkways which seamlessly fit onto the façade.
Temporary walkways to reduce temporary lifts
To maintain access to the apartments during a renovation project in Eindhoven (NL) we were asked to provide 9 temporary passenger lifts. Each of the present lifts and staircases connects two apartments per floor. So while the lifts and staircases were being renovated, a temporary lift was needed to maintain access. To reduce the mount of lifts required, we provided temporary walkways to connect two staircases to one central passenger lift. This not only reduced costs, but also kept each home perfectly accessible for both the occupants and the renovation jobs.
