Create a bypass with a low rise platform lift and staircase
When a project demands public access to by rerouted, the lift and staircase can be deployed to create a temporary bypass. Due to the small size of the lift and the high adjustability of the staircase, we can easily place the bypass at the most ideal spot in the area. And powering the lift is easy as well, since it only requires a 230V power socket.
Wheelchair step lift 3 metres: step-free access to the next level
The wheelchair step lift 3 metres is our tallest low rising platform lift. At a height of 3 metres we can hardly call it low rising, but it is suitable for indoor use. Ideally placed besides a staircase to offer access to the next level for visitors sitting in a wheelchair or who depend on walking aids.
The wheelchair access lift is safe to use with non-slip checker plates, press-and-hold buttons and high fences around the platform. And to make sure the passenger remains safe, the lift can’t rise or be lowered unless the doors are fully closed.
Bespoke staircase to provide temporary access for all
To compliment the lift, the stairs can be deployed in a bespoke configuration to fit seamlessly in the area. The steps are equipped with non-slip surface plates and to the sides of the staircases high fences are placed with double bars. The height, the width and even the colors of the steps can be adjusted to your location.
To further increase accessibility we can add extra handrails to the staircase. These special handrails are positioned so that pedestrians with a visual impairment can find them more easily by touch.
