Create a bypass with a low rise platform lift and stairs
When a certain area in a hospital or shopping centre is temporarily closed of due to ongoing construction or renovation, public access will temporarily need to be rerouted. To easily create a bypass without too much inconvenience, we offer a simple and reliable wheelchair step lift with stairs. The lift offers plenty of space for wheelchairs and other walking aids, and the stairs can easily be adjusted to meet your visitors needs.
Temporary step lifts: quickly deployed, easy to use
Requiring only a 230V power socket, our wheelchair step lift is quickly deployed. And due to its small external dimensions it can be fitted nearly anywhere. Our technicians deliver the wheelchair step lift on the spot and make sure it’s connected to the designated power source and tested before they leave.
The step lift is easily controlled by press-and-hold buttons. All buttons are accessible at hip height, allowing wheelchair users to operate the step lift without help from others. In case the lift is not directly step-free accessible, our technicians will also place wheelchair ramps.
Bespoke staircase to provide temporary access for all
For the staircase to fit seamlessly onto the levelled surface, we draw a bespoke configuration for your location. Not just for the height of the staircase, but also to include special handrails for people with visual impairment if required. To prevent slipping accidents, all steps are assembled with non-slip plates.
