Temporary stairlifts installed within 24 hours at the Groenehaege care complex in Ermelo
Last Thursday, around 16:00, we received a phone call from GGZ Centraal for an emergency request. In the Groenehaege care complex in Ermelo, the lift had a technical fault which meant it was out of order. Very annoying since not all residents of the complex are equally mobile.
Groenehaege provides recovery-oriented care to adults and elderly people. Whenever possible, they try to move clients to a place where they can live independently and receive less intensive treatment. It was necessary to get the lift up and running again as soon as possible. In the meantime, we have installed stairlifts to limit the inconvenience as much as possible. On Friday afternoon, the stairlifts were installed and could be put into operation. It is important to act quickly in situations like this. Since we have all the resources in house and are flexible in our work, it is no problem for us to install a stairlift within 24 hours.
