Unchanged services with necessary measures
RECO Lift Solutions keeps a close eye on the developments concerning the coronavirus (COVID-19) and follows the guidelines drawn up by the RIVM and the National Government.
Update 23 March 2020: Shifts and access control
In connection with the recent developments concerning the coronavirus, we have expanded our package of measures. In addition to our office staff working from home where possible, our operational staff work in shifts. As of today, we have also closed our gates by default. We would like to kindly ask suppliers to report by phone via 01480 - 475 377.

Our office in Waddinxveen can be reached by telephone and email as usual. You can also call your regular contact person.
Work activities
At present, all our services are still available, whether it's a passenger lift, stair lift, emergency lift and/or hand and power lift. Mobility is also important in these times!
Repair technicians on the list of vital sectors
In order to be able to continue to guarantee this mobility, the government has decided that breakdown mechanics should also be on the list of vital sectors.
Hygiene measures
All our employees are instructed and have received instructions and resources to minimise the risk of contamination. For example, they work at least 1.5 metres apart and in well-ventilated areas (outside air).
Connect digitally
As of last Monday (16 March), our account managers will minimise the number of physical visits. These will only take place in consultation with you. However, everyone is of course available by telephone and e-mail to provide you with advice.
If you would like to have more substantive contact with one of our colleagues remotely, we can make use of Microsoft Teams. This allows us to easily start a video conversation and share large files such as drawings.

RECO Lift Solutions is part of RECO Holding. In over 65 years of existence, we have faced many challenges. Together, however, we have always come out stronger! You can count on us to do everything we can to continue providing the service you've come to expect from us for as long as possible.
Example: our services will continue!
For the time being, we are not experiencing any hindrances in our services due to the corona virus. With a temporary RECO Lift, lift companies can simply get on with the maintenance work on indoor lifts next Monday. This allows them to continue to guarantee the proper functioning of the lift, even in these times.
