Keeping the end user mobile is key to us. When you're encountering problems with one of our temporary lifts, we’re ready to help. We’re available around the clock to assist you by phone. If it’s not possible to resolve the issue by phone? We'll dispatch one of our lift engineers. The emergency lift will be functioning properly again in no time at all.

Always an engineer around
Lift emergencies or someone locked in the lift? We immediately dispatch a lift engineer your way. The emergency lift is equipped with an intercom which can be used to contact the alarm centre. If necessary, the person in the lift will remain in contact until the engineer is on site.
Strict tests and assessments
We do our utmost to prevent lift malfunctions. Our temporary lifts are assessed using a strict protocol. We carry these out in our workplace before transport and after installing the emergency lift on site. The assessment on site is carried out by an independent certifying institute. This means malfunction probability is almost zero and our temporary lifts are safe.
